Thankfully our order management staff are safe and working remotely to process your orders timely. There are no anticipated delays on the order management front. Our distribution centres in Mississauga (for Canadian Orders) and Savannah, Georgia (US Orders) are taking a number of extra steps to ensure employees remain safe and all packages are handled under the health guidelines and directives. Each staff member is checked upon arrival at the facility for symptoms, we continue to maintain physical distancing and using gloves, sanitizers and wipes liberally as packages are handled. Non-essential people are not allowed in the buildings. Every package received or dispatched is wiped down before handing to the carrier companies.
During these times our shipping carriers (Canada Post and US Postal Service) are doing their best to keep up with their increased load and maintain their operations. There are currently no service time guarantees during COVID-19. You could expect delays on your orders for an additional 2 to 3 business days. Please do your best to plan as early as you can to place your order and keep an eye on tracking information. Any packages held for pick-up at post offices are not being returned during these times so please stay safe and manage your pickups when you can. Please also maintain physical distances with the staff as they drop off shipment.
What can you do?
Please plan ahead if you are reordering and if you require any changes to auto-refill, we can change your ship date manually. All tracking information is sent via email, please continue to track your orders and follow-up with the shipping carrier directly. If we can help in anyway we will as well.
