Shipping & Return policy

Do you ship internationally?

We provide International shipping with a flat fee of $30. It does not include duties or taxes, so please make sure to check with your local carriers.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

As soon as your order has been accepted, we immediately begin processing to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to make any changes to orders once placed. If you need to make changes, you can contact us at hello@utivahealth.com or call us at 1-888-622-3613 and we will try our best to get to it before your order ships but cannot guarantee this.

How can I view / track my order?

You can check the status of your order by signing into your account. After you have signed in, you will be able to view your order and its fulfillment status.



Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

How long will my order take?

All orders are processed every night and our carriers make every effort to deliver within 2-6 business days. We provide tracking information with all orders so you can continue to monitor your shipment. Please contact us directly if you have any special instructions or if your shipment is past due so we can help you out right away.

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping is available to all orders over $25+. To be eligible for free shipping your subtotal must be greater than $25 once any promotions or discounts are applied. Orders under $25 will be charged a $10 shipping fee.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we offer an easy, no-hassle 30-Day Money Back Guarantee because your happiness matters to us. If you’re not satisfied with a product after giving it a try, we’ll refund your first order of that product, in full, within 30 days of purchase—no need to return opened items. Just provide proof of purchase.


To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, we reserve the right to request the return of any unopened product from multi-bottle purchases before issuing a refund. Refunds are only eligible for orders placed directly through www.utivahealth.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.


This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time customers making their first purchase
  • Existing customers trying a new product for the first time


The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Repeat purchases of the same product
  • Subscription refills
  • Products purchased from authorized retail partners or third-party sellers. 
  • For support or inquiries about products purchased made from authorized retail partners or third-party sellers, please reach out directly to the retailer where you made your purchase.

What is your return policy?

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products. However, we stand by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. 

Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if you’re not satisfied with our product after trying it, we’ll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For multi-bottle purchases, we reserve the right to request that you ship us back any unopened product you ordered. Please note this only applies to orders purchased directly through our website www.utivahealth.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to new customers who have made their first purchase or an existing subscriber who placed an order for a new product.

HSA/FSA

Can I split my payment between HSA/FSA and a credit card?

If your cart contains both eligible and non-eligible product, your cart will automatically split at checkout. You can pay for your eligible products with your hsa/fsa card (choose Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA) and other items with a credit card.

Can I use Flex with discount codes or promotions?

Yes. Discount codes and promotions can be used with Flex, as long as the products in your cart are HSA/FSA eligible. Your HSA/FSA card will be charged the final discounted amount. If a promotion includes non-eligible items, those items may need to be purchased separately.

Help! I didn’t receive an email from Flex with my itemized receipt and/or letter of medical necessity. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder, as sometimes emails from notifications@withflex.com may be automatically filtered as spam by some email service providers.

If you still can’t find it, please email support@withflex.com and let them know the email address associated with your order.

How can I spend my FSA or HSA funds at Utiva Health?

Select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA'' at checkout. Input your card details and checkout as usual. Most Utiva products require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

Flex makes it easy to get a LMN. If you select "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA" at checkout you will be directed to a fast, secure chat-based telehealth consultation to approve your eligibility.

If you do not have a HSA/FSA card or are paying for your subscription, you will have a link to the survey in your confirmation email.

How do I save 30-40% using my HSA/FSA account?

When you pay with an HSA or FSA, you’re using pre-tax dollars instead of after-tax income. This means you don’t pay federal (and often state) income tax on that money, which can result in savings of approximately 30–40%, depending on your tax bracket.

I didn’t get my letter of medical necessity for reimbursement on the same day as my purchase. What can I do?

I’m not seeing HSA or FSA payment options at checkout. Why not?

In this case, there are two likely reasons: 

1. One of the items in your cart may be HSA or FSA eligible. You can check eligible products in the list here.

2. If you are logged into Shop Pay you will not see the HSA check-out option. Please log out of Shop Pay to process your payment with Flex. You can also choose to checkout as a guest by selecting “Checkout as a guest” in the checkout menu, located beside your email at the top of the checkout page.

If you continue to be pushed into the ShopPay checkout, we recommend completing your purchase in an incognito window. Still having issues? Reach out to hello@utivahealth.com for support.

Is this available to Canadians?

No. HSA and FSA accounts are U.S.-only programs. They are offered through U.S. employers and health plans and are not available to Canadian residents.

What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a document from a healthcare provider that explains how a specific medical product, service, or treatment is medically necessary for a patient to treat a diagnosed condition.

With Flex it is easy to get a LMN without visiting a doctor. Follow the steps at checkout to get an LMN.

What is an FSA or HSA and what are the benefits?

An FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and an HSA (Health Savings Account) are tax-advantaged accounts for medical expenses but differ in key aspects.

FSAs are employer-sponsored, and allow employees to use pre-tax dollars for medical expenses such as prescriptions and copays. They typically feature a "use-it-or-lose-it" policy where funds must be used within the plan year.

HSAs are available to those with a high-deductible health plan and offer more flexibility, allowing funds to roll over annually.

What is Flex? Do I need to sign up for an account?

Flex is a secure payment option that lets you use your HSA or FSA card to pay for eligible health products at checkout. You do not need to create or sign up for a Flex account—simply select Flex during checkout, enter your HSA/FSA card details, and complete your purchase as usual.

If you do not have a HSA/FSA payment card, check your order confirmation email for the Flex link to get a LMN.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points do expire after two years of inactivity.

How do I become a VIP Silver or Gold tier member?

To become a VIP Silver member you need to spend $200+ in a year. To become a VIP Gold member, you need to spend $450+ in a year. Your tier status will last 1 year from the date you earned it on a rolling basis.

How do I check my points?

Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page and your Account Login page.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by making purchases, following us on social media, and leaving reviews on the products you've purchased – even just for having a birthday!

How do I know what tier I am?

Once logged in, you can check your tier directly on the Utiva Rewards page.

How do I refer a friend?

To refer a friend, please proceed to our Utiva Refer a Friend page. Add your friend's email address in the space provided. They then must use the unique link received via email to complete their first order with Utiva and receive 25% off their first order. For every successful referral, you will receive $20 towards your next purchase. Please note that you must have made at least 1 purchase with us before being able to receive a reward for referring a friend. Additionally, referee cannot have a previous or currently existing account.

How do I use my points to redeem rewards?

You can redeem your rewards once signed in directly through the Utiva Rewards page.

I left a review, but I didn't earn points!

Only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. This means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email after purchasing the item(s) through Utiva Health in order to receive points.

How can I access my account?

How can I add discount codes to my subscription order?

You can add a discount code to your active subscription by following these steps:


1. Login to your account to access the customer portal

2. Select My Subscriptions from the menu

3. Click on the Loyalty Points button in the top right corner

4. Click Redeem Points and choose the amount you would like to redeem and select Get Coupon Code

5. Copy the code and paste into your active subscription, into the Discount code field and click apply

How can I cancel my subscription?

Sign into your online account here. Click My Subscriptions > View Details of your active subcription(s). Scroll to the bottom of the page a start the cancellation process by clicking the link: Cancel subscription

How can I change my shipping information?

Start my logging into your account here. To change your shipping address, under the profile section you can edit your shipping information.

How can I pause my subscription?

Sign into your online account here. Click My Subscriptions > View Details of your active subcription(s). From this page you can skip, reschedule or delay your next upcoming order.

How can I update my billing information?

Sign into your account. Click My Subscriptions > View Details. Under “Payment details” select, Update and a link will be sent to your email to make the necessary changes.

How does Utiva's subscribe and save program work?

Utiva's subscribe and save is a recurring order, billed and shipped automatically at your chosen frequency, until canceled or skipped. With each subscription order, you will automatically save 25% on your ordered products.
